Can I cancel my trial or subscription?
- Open the Settings of your device
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage
- Tap Cancel Subscription
How do I change my payment plan?
- Open the settings of your device
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
- Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change
- Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase
How to check my subscription plan and renewal or expiration date?
- Open the Settings of your device
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find your subscription to view the renewal or expiration date
You can also check your subscription details in the App Store by viewing your purchase history.
How can I get an invoice after my purchase?
The invoice is sent by App Store to the email that is connected to your Apple ID. If you didn't receive it, please contact the store. We sell the subscription via the app stores, so we can't issue invoices.
Can I get a refund?
If you'd like to get your money back, you should get in touch with App Store following this link -
https://reportaproblem.apple.com, since they handle all payment questions.
